Shipping policy

Audiobooks and eBooks are delivered through a service called Bookfunnel. Please check your spam folder to make sure they haven't gone there, and make sure you entered the correct email address. Please contact me if you have any difficulties: hello@lukerichardsonauthor.com

Print books are packed individually and sent from my printer which is based in the UK. It usually takes around a week to print and ship within the UK, around two weeks for the USA and other places in the world. When you order you'll get a tracking link which you can use to see where your book is on its journey!

Postcards, signed and bespoke orders come from me in Nottingham, UK. I'll post them  as soon as I am able. Please note that we do travel frequently so if you need your order for a specific date, get in touch before ordering.
